Grapefruit oil is high in vitamin C. Grapefruit oil supports healthy skin and it is rich in limonene, like many cold-pressed citrus oils, it is wonderful to add to your homemade lotions, creams, and massage oils. Grapefruit oil can be obtained either through cold-pressing of the rind or through steam distillation of the whole ripe fruit. These days grapefruit always obtained through cold-pressing.

Blends Well With:
Basil, bergamot, cedarwood, chamomile, cypress, frankincense, geranium, juniper, lavender, rosewood, ylang ylang.
- 1 part essential oil with 1 part of carrier oil. For age 0-1, use 1 drop of essential oil to 8-10 drop of carrier oil. For age 2-6, use 1 drop of essential oil to 2-4 drops of carrier oil. For age 7 and above, use 1 drop of essential oil to 1 drop of carrier oil.
Apply 2-4 drops on area of concern
Apply to chakras and/or Vita Flex Points
Inhale directly or diffuse
Avoid exposure to sunlight for 12 hours after use
May cause skin irritation
