Juniper oil is steam-distilled from ripe berries. Its aroma and properties make it ideal (also can blend with rosemary) to use in air spray of vaporizer blend to purify the air in a sickroom. Because of its powerful detoxifying action, users of this oil probably will notice the condition may appear to worsen before it begins to improve – “healing crisis”. Juniper creates a calm, clear flow to the brain and psyche and strengthens the nervous system.
Note: Juniperus sabina (also known as savin juniper) is highly toxic. It is generally understood that when the Latin name is not given and the research indicates a high level of toxins, the information refers to savin, which should not be used in aromatherapy.

Dilution Ratio: 50-50
- 1 part essential oil with 1 part of carrier oil. For age 0-1, use 1 drop of essential oil to 8-10 drop of carrier oil. For age 2-6, use 1 drop of essential oil to 2-4 drops of carrier oil. For age 7 and above, use 1 drop of essential oil to 1 drop of carrier oil.
Apply 2-4 drops on area of concern
Apply to chakras and/or Vita Flex Points

Juniper is natural diuretic and is good for people with healthy kidneys who want t increase urination or combat water retention. However, it can over-stimulate the kidneys, should not be used when kidneys are inflamed or infected or by people with kidneys disease.
May cause skin irritation, especially if it is old or oxidized. Store in a cool, dark place, ensuring that the cap is tightly closed.
