Many cultures believed that marjoram could increase longevity. Growing it on a gravesite was meant to comfort the departed ones buried there. It is a very aromatic herb long used for both cooking and herbal medicine. Its leaves are used fresh or dried in many Mediterranean dishes, giving their distinctive flavor. Marjoram oil is produced from the plant’s fresh and dried leaves through steam distillation. Study shown that inhalation of marjoram essential oil actually calms the nervous system and positively impact our cardiovascular system by improving blood flow and lowering blood pressure.

- 1 part essential oil with 1 part of carrier oil. For age 0-1, use 1 drop of essential oil to 8-10 drop of carrier oil. For age 2-6, use 1 drop of essential oil to 2-4 drops of carrier oil. For age 7 and above, use 1 drop of essential oil to 1 drop of carrier oil.
Apply 2-4 drops on area of concern
Apply to chakras and/or Vita Flex Points
