Castor Oil is, in fact, the main ingredient in this cleanser. Castor Oil attracts dirt and grime to itself and is very slow to absorb into the skin. On its own, it is quite viscous, so it needs to be blended with other oils to allow it to spread more easily. It is advised to choose other slow-to-absorb oils such as macadamia. Jojoba has been included in this recipe as it is good for all skin types and does not block the pores.
